The Book Fair begins on Monday, October 21st with a Parent “Pick-Me-Up Preview” from 7:30-8:30am. Drop off your kid(s) then join us in the library for a cup of coffee and breakfast.

Although it may have been a dress up night for parents, the St. Helen's Centennial Grand Gala last Saturday night at the Bent Pine Golf Club was truly all about the children. More than 200 supporters gathered together at the elegant dinner to raise operational funds for St. Helen's Catholic School. This year's gala was particularly special, celebrating the 100th anniversary of the Catholic parish.

The Centennial Grand Gala will take place on Saturday, February 23rd at Bent Pine Golf Club and will feature dinner, dancing, silent and live auction. Entertainment will be provided by Jordan Thomas Odyssey Group. Special thank you to our Platinum Sponsors Dr. Michaela Scott and Rehmann. Proceeds from this event have an immediate and positive impact on our students and faculty. We are looking forward to coming together as a community of faith to celebrate our parish and continue our commitment to support the mission of our Catholic School.
During Catholic School Week we devoted a special mass to Catholic education, received a Proclamation from Florida State Senator Debbie Mayfield recognizing St. Helen School and Catholic Schools Week and hosted an open house to showcase our outstanding academic programs, religious education and service opportunities.
The first-grade teachers at St. Helen Catholic School brainstormed a different approach to help ease their students’ nerves – one that formed a special alliance with a local nonprofit, and has warmed many hearts (and noses) along the way.
This year marks the City of Vero Beach Centennial, and it is also the Centennial for St. Helen Catholic Church. Kindergarten and Eighth-grade students represented St. Helen Catholic School and our parish community at a special Centennial Tree Dedication Ceremony.
St. Helen Catholic School 2nd grader, Bella Center, put her entrepreneurial skills to the test and if her first attempt at running a business is any indication of future success she is sure to make it big!
St. Helen Catholic School 8th grade teacher, Sharon Lowell, will be honored by the Diocese of Palm Beach with the Lumen Christi Learn. Serve, Lead. Succeed Award at the 30th Anniversary of the Lumen Christi Scholarship Gala on Saturday, December 8th at the Breakers Palm Beach.
