Mrs. Geraldine Mayes provides Reading and Math support to students in Grades one through four.  She has been an educator for 39 years with experience ranging from kindergarten to sixth grade. She has been at St. Helen Catholic School for the past 35 years. In addition to her regular teaching duties, Mrs. Mayes also serves as a Mentor Teacher, Religion Coordinator and Test Coordinator. Her area of specialty is Language Arts. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Elementary Education from Mercyhurst College and is certified in Elementary Education. Mrs. Mayes lives in Vero Beach and is married with four daughters, all St. Helen alumni, and nine grandchildren.
