Mrs. Lisa Bell joined St. Helen Catholic School in 2018. She is one of six children born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Mrs. Bell earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology from the University of Tulsa. She relocated to California to work in the field of social services and chemical dependency.

Mrs. Bell moved back to Tulsa to assume the position of principal at Monte Cassino Elementary School in Tulsa for five years. She earned her Master’s in Human Relations from the University of Oklahoma. Mrs. Bell has worked in the field of education for the past 21 years, 19 of them in Catholic education. For the past eight years Mrs. Bell served as principal of St. Pius Catholic School in Tulsa.

Mrs. Bell is married to Will and they have two grown daughters who reside in San Diego, California.
